Construction Waste Management Program.
Control Costs, Save Money, Track Your Materials, and Polish Your Brand
Implement, monitor, evaluate and sustain a successful C&D recycling program.

Blue Planet's focused Construction & Demolition (C&D) Waste and Recycling Program saves clients as much as 25% on overall C&D costs when diverting C&D recyclable materials from landfills.  In addition, materials such as scrap metal may yield rebates upwards of $100 per ton (based on spot market pricing).  Diverting wastes from landfills to recycling and beneficial reuse reflects good corporate citizenship and positively impacts customers, shareholders and industry leaders.  Upon request, Blue Planet can validate the beneficial uses the recycled materials are going to: (example: sheetrock being reprocessed as fertilizer).

Blue Planet's C&D Recycling Program is all encompassing:

Within the program, Blue Planet can provide:
  • Material Diversion
  • 24/7 Service
  • Cost Savings & Commodity Brokering
  • Consolidated Diversion Reporting
Blue Planet is also able to consolidate reporting for the materials that General Contractors (GC’s) re-use on site during construction.

Invoicing the Client

Blue Planet can either add C&D charges to a client’s consolidated invoice that presently exists or, where it makes better sense for a client, Blue Planet can separate charges for C&D services and invoice them according to a client’s specific needs.

Invoicing the General Contractor

Blue Planet can work directly with a client’s General Contractors for service needs.  In some cases, Waste Management will invoice a client’s General Contractor directly for the C&D program’s services.
